It is moved: The Tech BUC establishes guidance that the NPC report to the BUC may be shared with SPEEA members not seated on the Council, but only via non-Boeing communications such as personal non-Boeing email. The report should also never be viewed or stored on Boeing devices or networks. The report is watermarked, and all copies should keep the watermark intact.
