Prof & Tech Negotiations

CAT 2026

Help increase visibility, engagement and power – and have fun!

Contracts are won through the power of an active and united membership. The Prof and Tech Negotiation Team is responsible for preparing proposals based on member input and bargaining over them at the negotiation table. The Contract Action Team (CAT =^..^=) works closely with the Prof and Tech Negotiation Team to keep members informed on the progress of negotiations. CAT members help ensure their local areas are ready for visibility, marches, or any other actions we might need to win.

Most CAT work happens at work. We use CAT meetings to get to know each other, plan strategy, and ensure everyone has the resources we need to help inspire our colleagues to act.
