We have the timeline for our Wichita Engineering Unit (WEU) and the Wichita Technical and Professional Unit (WTPU) raise pools.
The raise effective date was Friday, July 10, with retroactive increases reflected in the Thursday, July 30 paycheck. Managers were expected to distribute salary notifications starting Thursday, July 16.
Our contracts set the raise pools.
- WEU - 4% pool with a minimum of $1,750 for any employee under the compa ratio of 1.0 with hire dates six months or more prior to the fund computation date.
- WTPU - 5% pool with a guaranteed minimum of 2% for all employees.
Both contracts also call for 0.75% of total unit salaries be spent for salary growth and promotions.
