    Completed Council Rep petitions due to petitions@speea.org by 12 p.m. (local time) the Tuesday preceeding the Council meeting. Council meetings are held the second Thursday of every month.

    Midwest Council - 2nd Thursday every month
    Northwest Council - 2nd Thursday of February, April, May, July, August, September, November and December
