The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has ordered Boeing to post a ruling in favor of SPEEA over an Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) charge.
SPEEA filed the ULP when Boeing delayed responding to a formal (Article 10) information request regarding questions about Boeing’s current policies and procedures regarding workplace health and safety. Boeing provided the information after SPEEA filed the ULP.
As a result of the NLRB ruling, Boeing is required to post or email the “Notice to Employees” throughout worksites in Washington, Oregon, California and Utah. The post also states Boeing will not “unreasonably delay” providing information “that is relevant and necessary.”

What is an Unfair Labor Practice?
An Unfair Labor Practice is an action that violates the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has created an extensive listing of employer actions that it considers would unduly interfere with an individual employee's labor rights.
