It is moved: The Tech BUC establishes guidance that the NPC report to the BUC may be shared with SPEEA members not seated on the Council, but only via non-Boeing communications such as personal non-Boeing email. The report should also never be viewed or stored on Boeing devices or networks. The report is watermarked, and all copies should keep the watermark intact. Council Reps are responsible for ensuring that any one who they share a copy of the report with is aware of this guidance.
