Members of the Prof and Tech Negotiation Team will talk about the contract priorities and take questions at a hybrid Town Hall event starting at 5 p.m., Thursday, May 28.
The meeting is hosted by the Contract Action Team (or CAT). Union halls in both Everett and Tukwila will be open for the event, which also will be accessible via Zoom.
Members from the Negotiation Team will talk about:
- Our contract priorities
- Where we are in the collective bargaining process
- What happens next
About the contract priorities
Last week, the Negotiation Team shared its contract priorities with the membership. This is a high-level overview based on what members said they wanted through survey results as well as other data and research. The Negotiation Team is still working to draft proposals and plans to keep members informed throughout the process.
