Our SPEEA Negotiation Team met with Boeing’s representatives for almost five hours on Wednesday, starting with a deeper explanation of the contract priorities we’d published in May.
Matt Burgner, a Tech unit representative who works as a quality investigator in Everett, told the Boeing executives that SPEEA members “want to come to work and kick ass at the Boeing Co.,” but too often engineers and techs don’t feel they or their expertise are valued.
Our team plans to meet again with Boeing on Thursday.
