Your Prof and Tech Negotiation Team would like to provide a brief update to the membership as we move into the next phase of this process, logistics and planning with Boeing.
The full negotiation team has created and reviewed our contract and member priorities using our collective knowledge, experience, anecdotes and direct member feedback, including the surveys.
We are excited to announce, in alignment with previous negotiation practices, we are elevating two alternates from both the Tech and Prof teams to the main team:
- Tech Unit - Kevin Boyd and Tristan Vogeler
- Prof Unit - Ben Merrit and Alex Phillips
These four will join the current six main negotiators at the main table.
We believe this best enables us to move forward with SPEEA staff to initial discussions with Boeing. The full team will continue to be involved, utilizing each teammate’s unique knowledge and experience, when called upon by the main team.
