NW Council STEM grants
If you’re interested in a supporting role in the Northwest Council Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) grants, consider applying for the Grant Review Committee.
Email nw_stem_grants@speea.org with your contact information and school district where you live by noon, Friday, June 26.
This committee reviews grant applications to make recommendations on distribution of funds, which will be voted on by the Northwest Council Sept. 10.
STEM grant deadline
If you want to apply for a Northwest Council STEM grant, the deadline is Aug. 15. The application can be found here – look in the list of SPEEA-related resources.
About the grants
The grants are awarded to Northwest non-profit organizations promoting students’ interest in related careers only if a NW SPEEA member is involved as a parent, coach, mentor or volunteer.
