Today was mostly an internal workday for our SPEEA Negotiation Team as they prepared counterproposals to the contract language Boeing presented Tuesday, regarding performance management and NORA (notices of remedial action).
“We had focused small-group meetings with company executives as we continued working through career development planning for all SPEEA members, as well as utilization issues specifically for our Tech unit members,” said Negotiation Team member Mike Berryhill, who works as a production engineer at Everett.
The two sides expect to meet again on Thursday.
