Our SPEEA Negotiations Teams met with Boeing’s executives Wednesday for robust discussions on the performance management process and on issues specific to work done by our union’s Tech unit.
“We had a real strong exchange of information and ideas,” said Debi Pennington, a technical designer who works in Everett. “It felt today like we were making progress on these issues.”
SPEEA President Andrew Sherman met with the Negotiation Team Wednesday morning for a briefing and to deliver messages he’d received from members.
The team wore red for its meetings with Boeing management, in solidarity with SPEEA members in Boeing facilities for Red Shirt Wednesday.
No written proposals were exchanged. Talks will continue Thursday.
