The most common employee is a Prof. The average Prof Salary is $153k. The most common skill code for Prof unit members with salaries from $150-$155 is 6H6P Level 4. That's why it's pre-populated.
The impacts to base salary over the four-year offer should match exactly.
The SPEEA version shows slightly different total numbers than the Boeing version because:
- The Boeing version does not have the ability to vary assumptions based on individual performance, company performance or inflation
- The Boeing version does not show Comparatios (users or user inputted skill codes), historical EIPs and the impacts to salary percentiles for specific skill codes or the units based on company service
- Boeing version for "total compensation" includes 2026 pay that has already been paid, SPEEA version only includes "new" monies
- Boeing version pulls in actual 2025 specific overtime hours worked by each person, the SPEEA version uses a general assumption on overtime.
- Boeing version: The retro 2026 paid EIP values are based on actual 2025 EIP (which includes overtime). The SPEEA version is based on 2025 base salary (not actual hours worked) and OT assumptions
- Boeing version: The future EIPs are based on 2025 actual OT hours worked, the SPEEA version is based on 2025 OT assumptions
- The Boeing version might not include matching and non-matching on retro pay (and overtime) - small numbers either way
- The Boeing version includes the "value" of the additional holiday days as a side note, the SPEEA version includes it in the total
